Managing the creation of dynamic content, company websites and social media channels, using scheduling programs to coordinate a content programming schedule, populating social accounts on a 24/7 schedule and raising the companies online following by more than 50% within five months. Interacting with public online following. Edit website and social media headlines to maximise click-through rates and engagement, as well as identifying captivating visuals to accompany content and package them for effective sharing. Creating activation plans for announcement of events, new designers etc. Delivering a daily email newsletter. Using knowledge of trending topics to source and pitch stories to core team. Writing copy for websites and press releases. Creating reports post events on platform growth, content output, social engagement and visuals to inform core team and company sponsors. Managing in office Digital Media Interns. Headhunting and managing a team of approximately 30 plus during London Fashion Week and Graduate Fashion Week. Liaising with sponsors, VIP’s and Industry Professionals to ensure all digital needs are met.
